SHIPPING, DELIVERY & DISPATCH POLICY
We provide shipping to all over India. We have arrangements with leading Indian logistics provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.
In case you wish to place order for delivery to outside India we request you to please get in touch with our customer service team and they will be glad to help you with it.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY IN INDIA:
We provide free shipping within India for all prepaid & COD orders above INR 2000. For orders up to 2000 Rupees, we charge a nominal fee of INR 250 towards shipping & handling charges.
Please note there are no additional charges for Cash on delivery payment orders. And Cash on Delivery is available in selected pin codes within India.
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE INDIA:
Orders for delivery to any International location are charged as per below:
1st Item of order- INR 3500.00
Every additional item within same order- INR 1500.00 each
Please note: Cash on Delivery option is not available for International orders.
We understand you are eagerly waiting for ordered styles to be delivered to you at the earliest. Our Customer Service & Warehouse team works rigorously to ensure that we are able to bring a smile to your face. Our team perform multiple rounds of quality check and ensure that we deliver you the perfect packed product in the least possible time.
Our standard dispatch timelines are between 1-2 weeks (this is sometimes because we have to arrange your ordered styles from our stores located in multiple region within India), however generally orders gets dispatched within 3-5 working days from the date of successful order getting placed.
We will share details about your orders from dispatch to delivery via Email & SMS details provided by you while placing the orders.
Once the order is dispatched, it normally takes 1-4 business days depending on the pin code for delivery to happen within India and 3-10 business days for deliveries outside India. Unforeseen circumstances on the logistics provider’s end may sometime cause delays, however please be rest assured that our Customer Service team will be working very closely with the logistics provider to your orders delivered at the earliest. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
You order may be subject to import duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. An additional charge towards Import, Customs & Taxes may be levied by the Custom authority which will be borne by you, BluesNGreys has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information. Additionally, when ordering from bluesngreys.com, you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.
